Last Updated: October 4, 2026

Welcome to Neisha Gonzalez Torres, LCMHC (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using neishagonzaleztorres.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Purpose of This Website

This Site provides general information about Neisha Gonzalez Torres, LCMHC, including psychotherapy services, coaching services, educational information, resources, and ways to inquire about or schedule services.

Information provided through this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. Website content does not constitute individualized medical, psychological, mental health, or other healthcare advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified professional.

Use of this Site does not, by itself, establish a therapist-client, coach-client, or other professional relationship.

2. Intended Audience

This Site and the services advertised through it are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Psychotherapy services are available only to individuals located in jurisdictions in which I am legally authorized to provide psychotherapy services at the time services are rendered.

Availability and eligibility for psychotherapy or coaching services may be subject to additional requirements discussed during consultation, intake, or enrollment.

3. Psychotherapy and Coaching Are Separate Services

I offer psychotherapy and coaching as distinct services.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a healthcare service provided within the scope of my professional mental health license. A therapist-client relationship is established only after appropriate screening and intake requirements have been completed, informed-consent documents and other required agreements have been completed, and we have mutually agreed to begin treatment.

Information on this Site is not psychotherapy and does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Coaching

Coaching is a non-clinical service and is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care. A coaching relationship is established only after the applicable enrollment process and coaching agreement have been completed and we have mutually agreed to work together.

Coaching is not intended to replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis services, or other healthcare when those services are needed.

Submitting a website form, sending an email, scheduling a consultation, following me on social media, or otherwise interacting with my public content does not by itself establish either a therapist-client or coach-client relationship.

4. Educational and Informational Content

Information shared through this Site is intended for general educational and informational purposes.

Content concerning mental health, trauma, relationships, attachment, emotions, nervous system regulation, personal development, or similar subjects is not intended to diagnose or treat any individual condition.

Individual circumstances differ. Decisions concerning your mental health, medical care, or other professional needs should be made in consultation with appropriately qualified professionals familiar with your individual circumstances.

5. Crisis and Emergency Information

This Site, its contact form, email, social media accounts, and other general communication channels are not emergency or crisis services and may not be monitored continuously.

Do not use the website contact form, email, social media, or other non-emergency communication methods to seek help during an emergency or mental health crisis.

If you are experiencing an immediate or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you are experiencing a suicidal, mental health, or substance-use crisis in the United States, you may call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

If you are outside the United States, contact the emergency or crisis service available in your location.
