Online Trauma Therapy & Coaching with Neisha
Move beyond old survival patterns and learn to feel safer in yourself, trust your own needs, and experience relationships differently.
If you've spent years trying to understand yourself, reading the books, listening to the podcasts, and doing everything you can to heal, but still find yourself stuck in the same patterns, you are not alone. I know how discouraging that can feel because I've walked my own healing journey, too.
Hi, I’m Neisha,
a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing online therapy throughout New Hampshire and integration coaching worldwide.
In my therapy work, I specialize in helping individuals heal from developmental and relational trauma so they can better understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier relationships.
My coaching work has a different focus: helping self-aware adults recognize patterns in real time, strengthen self-trust and boundaries, and turn what they already know into intentional action.
One of the reasons I'm so passionate about the work I do is because I've experienced firsthand how vulnerable healing can be. I know what it's like to untangle old survival patterns, learn to relate to yourself differently, and discover that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about reconnecting with who you've always been beneath the pain.
My Areas of Speciality
01. Childhood & Relational Trauma
You learned to survive by adapting to the people around you. Maybe you became the caretaker, the peacemaker, or the one who always had it together. Those patterns made sense then, but they may be leaving you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck today.
02. Anxiety, Perfectionism & People-Pleasing
You're constantly thinking, anticipating, and trying to get everything "right." You put others first, struggle to set boundaries, and often feel responsible for everyone else's emotions while ignoring your own.
03. EMDR & Somatic Therapy
Sometimes understanding what happened isn’t enough to change how it still affects you. EMDR helps process experiences that remain unresolved, while somatic therapy works with how those experiences continue to show up in your body and nervous system—helping create change beyond insight alone.
04. Integration Coaching
You’ve gained insight into yourself through therapy, self-reflection, personal growth, or life experience—but knowing what you want to change and actually doing it can be two different things. I’ll help you recognize patterns in real time, make intentional choices, strengthen boundaries and self-trust, and turn what you know into how you live.
I know how vulnerable healing can be because I've walked that road, too.
My own healing journey has shaped not only who I am as a person, but also how I show up as a therapist. I understand what it's like to untangle old patterns, question long-held beliefs, and discover that healing isn't about becoming someone different—it's about reconnecting with who you've always been beneath the survival strategies.
That experience allows me to meet clients with empathy, authenticity, and hope, while trusting in their ability to grow and create lasting change.
core values
Collaboration
Healing isn't something I do to you—it's something we do together. You are the expert on your own life, and we'll work as partners to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
Compassion
I'll always meet you with warmth and honesty, but I won't let fear or old survival patterns make your decisions for you. I'll encourage you as you take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Curiosity
Instead of asking, "What's wrong with you?" we'll explore what happened and why certain patterns developed. Together, we'll approach your story with compassion, understanding, and curiosity—not shame.
